Speakers to share key digital fundraising insights and omnichannel strategies for nonprofits
BALTIMORE (March 20, 2023) – Edge Direct, a Moore company, is pleased to announce Margaret Chialastri, vice president of Development and Integrated Direct Response of Edge Direct, and Christy McWilliams, vice president of Audience Strategy of Edge Direct, will present at the 2023 NTEN Nonprofit Technology Conference (23NTC) in April.
Highly accomplished in their lines of work, Chialastri and McWilliams will share how to identify new audience opportunities and persona development and how to utilize this for content mappings across all channels in their session, “Secret Sauce: Right Audience, Right Message, Right Channel,” on April 13. A key focus will be on deep CRM segmentation and automation to increase conversion. Attendees will gain insights and omnichannel strategies that result in revenue growth and increased brand value for their organization.
Chialastri has played an instrumental role in helping to raise funds for some of the agency’s largest causes and works seamlessly across the Moore enterprise to develop and deliver cohesive direct response and marketing strategies. Chialastri brings more than 15 years of broad agency experience within the nonprofit, commercial and government sectors to this session.
McWilliams is responsible for audience-led strategies for Edge Direct clients and collaborating with client teams to convert strategy into actionable omnichannel marketing and fundraising plans that result in revenue growth and increased brand awareness. Throughout her career, McWilliams has helped to support and execute clients’ strategic visions across multiple verticals including health, humanitarian, higher education and hospital fundraising.
